All boxes will be mailed out by the 15th of every month. If you would like to receive a box for a month please subscribe by the end of the month prior. (Example: If you would like February’s box you must subscribe by the 31st of January.)
There are NO REFUNDS given on any boxes shipped out unless the items in the box are damaged or defective. In which case we will either replace the item(s) or refund for that month. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but if you have already paid for the following month you will receive the box for that month.
