Harvey discovered he was an artist in kindergarten. Now, recognized as a thinker and a perfectionist, he primes and moils a clean, atmospheric style with blooming environments and moods of color. 

His character design process portrays a purposeful pinch of comic flair with a kinship of realism producing charming renderings that delight from page to page.
